FarmReady Hub is a 'membership', so you remain connected. You can look up new regions and jobs anytime. When you leave the industry altogether, FarmReady will tell you what you need to do with your superannuation, bank accounts and taxation.

Digital Skills Passport

The Skills Passport was originally developed in 2004 as a small booklet.  Today, it has been modernised into a digital vault where you can store your employment signup paperwork, work history, certificates and licences etc.  From here you can email your employer three different types of information that are designed to make life easier for you the job seeker and your new employer.  Being a job seeker with your paperwork and personal details organised will definitely make you stand out in the crowd, when it comes to applying for a job.  Documents that you can email from your Dashboard/Skills Passport are:

  • Job Application email and resume
  • Letter of Offer (exchange information with your employer to understand terms of employment etc)
  • Job Start Kit (including Employment Agreement)
